This iconic West End and Broadway musical comedy is back in Newcastle with a brand new production starring Amber Davies (Strictly Finalist, Pretty Woman and 9 to 5 the Musical) as Elle.
If you're not familiar with the story, we meet Elle Woods who has just been dumped by her boyfriend Warner for not being the type of serious giflfriend he needs as he leaves to study at Harvard Law School.
Heartbroken Elle follows Warner to law school and finds that actually, she can be serious too. Elle transforms from a shallow fashionista into a serious lawyer who is picked to help a client (workout star Brooke Wyyndham) win her case.
There's also a fun sub-plot featuring Elle's hairdresser who has a crush on her delivery guy and must 'Bend and Snap' into action.
Myself and my daughter are huge fans of the film and cannot wait to see the story being brought to life on stage - it's absolutely perfect for a fun mother/daughter night out. Review to follow soon........

I have dined at all of these restaurants and can personally recommend as providing good value pre-theatre dining within easy walking distance. 🧥 There is no cloakroom and luggage, large backpacks, laptops and holdalls are not permitted. Booster cushions are available (please ask a member of staff), bag checks are in place.
