An easy 1 hr drive straight down the A19 from Durham We have been visiting Spilman’s Farm Pumpkin Patch for years as paying customers and it’s one of our favourite days out of the year. Our kids still love it just as much now that they are teens / adults as they did when they were little.
It’s somewhere you can really enjoy a proper autumn day out with lots of opportunities to create family memories together.
Pumpkin Festival tickets are £9.74pp & include a £5 voucher to spend on Pumpkins. This ticket includes lots of FREE activities including WizFords Academy, Skelebones Fancy Dress Disco, Walkabout Characters & Scarecrow, Giant Slide, HayBale, Bouncy Pillow, Pumpkin Wash Station, Wheelbarrow Hire, Indoor Playbarn, Ride On Tractors & Photo Ops 
You can add on various activities too - pay as you go or buy an activity bundle in advance (£17 including 9 activities, £5 pumpkin voucher & entry OR add 4 activities for £6.53). These activities are so much fun & include a giant farm obstacle course, pumpkin cannon, giant bean pit, BB range, giant pipe rolling, tractor rides, corn cannon, pumpkin sling shot & spooky walk). You can also enjoy yummy food & seasonal drinks for sale, marshmallow toasting, fairground rides, face painting & more (additional charges).
Tip - Don't skip the pizza, it's the best! If you don’t fancy the activities, back to basics days are also available & you can also book to visit the pumpkin patch in the evenings which adds a little bit of magic
