We love a good steak here at North East Family Fun HQ (in fact it was only last week that Steve rustled us up a simple steak sandwich for lunch). For us, we like to keep things simple and agree with Barbecoa London's guide that for the perfect medium-rare steak you should rub your steak with oil, season well and fry for around 3 minutes on either side. Although we have tried feather blade when dining out, I don't think we've ever cooked this cut at home so we'll have to try this next time.
