We were sent a lovely recipe book with lots of lovely ideas containing the seeds, however as I meal plan 5 weeks in advance, we haven't had a chance to try a recipe yet (but we will - so look out for a recipe next month).
We have however added a handful of seeds to pretty much every meal we've enjoyed. I call this health by stealth! Nobody noticed the seeds had been added yet they gained the benefits listed above. We added a spoonful of flaxseed to our roast chicken before cooking, two spoonfuls of shelled hemp to our lamb pie sprinkled flaxseed, cocoa and berries on our morning cereal and added a couple of teaspoons of various seeds to our lunchtime salad.
We will definitely continue to use Linwood's seeds in our everyday cooking, especially our cereals and salads. You can buy Linwood's seeds from major supermarkets and health food shops. There are lots of varieties to choose from.
