You need this Frying pan in your life!

Our trusty frying pan that we'd had for 7 years sadly broke a few weeks ago :-( We had been using our wok to fry our bacon and sausages in which wasn't ideal! Then as if my magic we were offered the chance to review the 20cm Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri. Perfect timing!

When our package arrived in the post, I initially thought they had sent the wrong item as the box was just too light! I was wrong however and have honestly never cooked with such a lightweight pan. In fact it weighs just over 700g.

The 20cm pan is the perfect size to cook lunch for 2 people. It is often just myself and Jack at home at lunch time so we put our pan to the test to cook us some sausages we had bought from the Quayside market earlier that week.

The first thing I noticed is that we did not need to use much heat and only a very light drizzle of oil. The pan states it is non-stick and the first pan of it's kind to provide non-stick technology without having to coat the pan in harmful chemicals such as PETA which can be released under high temperatures. As somebody who does a lot of cooking this is very welcome news.

I can verify that the pan is definitely non-stick and it was really easy to clean too - no scrubbing required!

I think you will agree that the pan is also aesthetically pleasing and would look smart in any kitchen.

Our Green Earth Pan did the job and our sausage sandwiches were delicious. I was really impressed with the weight of this pan, the design, how it is really non-stick and how it was easy to clean. The only negative I could find is that it is perhaps too small for a family frying pan which is why I have just ordered myself the 26cm version from amazon!

Disclaimer:- we were sent a 20cm Green Earth Frying pan for the purpose of this review. My review and thoughts however are completely my own.
